In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations BGK Academy Ltd operate the following procedures:
1. Every purchase from BGK Academy Ltd qualifies for a “7 day cooling off” period (as stated in the DSR’s) from receipt of the goods. In the event of customer cancellation BGK Academy Ltd shall refund the cost of the goods only upon receipt of the goods back in unworn condition and in the original packaging within this 7 day period. Customers are liable for the goods in transit until acknowledgement has been received from BGK Academy Ltd that they have been received. Termination of this contract outside the stated timescale will be entertained on it’s own merits and will be at the discretion of the BGK Academy Ltd management.
2. In the rare event of a fault developing in our goods, please contact us in the first instance via email (info@bgkgoalkeeping.com) and include images of the fault along with a full description, your name, address and purchase date. We will contact you with further instructions.
3. Purchases may be returned that were ordered in the wrong size providing that they are unworn and in the original packaging. Please include full details of your name, address and purchase date and also the replacement size required when returning the gloves.
4. BGK Academy Ltd will not refund postage charges for returned goods ordered in the wrong size, however BGK Academy Ltd will despatch replacement pairs free of postage charge providing all criteria above has been fulfilled by the consumer.
5. BGK Academy Ltd are unable to refund any purchase until the goods have been received back at BGK Academy Ltd, fulfilling the above criteria. In the event that we (BGK Academy Ltd) are forced to arrange collection from the Customers Premises then this financial amount shall be deducted from the refund amount due to the customer.
6. BGK Academy Ltd are unable to offer refunds or exchange gloves that have been customised.
